Cardio Karate This form of Karate has been developed to work with those people that are keen to develop their fitness and reduce weight. This physically intense workout enables those taking part to learn the rudimentary movements of this great Martial Art and also perform a Cardio work out at the same time. This is aimed at Adults, Teenagers and Children alike. The children's sessions are entirely based on fun and are energy based activities. FUN is the main objective. | Schools Classes & Clubs These sessions are designed for both Junior & Secondary Schools where our Instructor will lead a class of pupils. Classes can be held as part of the Physical Education Curriculum or organised as an after school club. The design of sessions is devised jointly with Teaching staff and the objective is to ensure that the existing education and health targets are achieved for the School. |
